Every client of R Stride & Co has access to their own Client Portal. This is basically a cloud based filing cabinet that will give you access to a range of information and services 24 hours a day. You will be able to:-

Live situation

• Live status of your affairs, what is outstanding, are your affairs up to date?

Paperwork

• View and Download all documents we produce e.g. Year End Accounts, personal and corporation tax returns
• Storage of your own business important documents e.g. Leases
• Full tax calculations showing how your tax is worked out

Tax Matters

• View your entire personal tax history with amounts and due date for both the past and future
• Quick one button “pay your tax” ability
• Countdown and automatic reminders to next tax liabilities (personal and corporation tax)
• View previous and future corporation tax liabilities
• View your unique reference numbers e.g. NI Number and UTR number

Dividends

• If you have a Limited company vote dividends. Full automatic directors meeting notes and dividend vouchers prepared
• In year list of dividends issued for you and your co-shareholders
• In year tax forecast based upon dividends taken

VAT

• Copies of all submitted vat returns
• Approval system to approve VAT returns we have prepared on your behalf

Payroll

• Copies of all employees contracts
• Employee handbooks (also can be accessed by your employees)
• Live PAYE monthly amounts due
• Full payroll data to include monthly summaries, employees payslips, pension reports etc

CIS

• Produce CIS vouchers for your sub contractors
